Tokyo-based Jij Inc. and industrial manufacturer Kobe Steel have signed a multi-year framework agreement to establish a collaborative Quantum Center of Excellence. The initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of quantum computing and mathematical optimization within the KOBELCO Group.
